Return & Exchange Policy

Things You Need to Know:

Simply email us at contactwiline@gmail.com to request a return label and form. Fill out the form and list style(s) and size(s) for exchange. Exchanged merchandise must be unworn, with all tags attached and in original condition shipped to Twiline.co up to 10 days from the shipping date. We cannot ship you your new size until we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Failed Delivery/Return to Sender:

If your package can not be delivered due to given incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us. If the receiver is absent for all delivery attempts, the package may be held at the local shipping company's centre for pickup. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package may be returned to us at the customer's expense.

Damaged/Opened Box:

If you receive you package and it is damaged or opened, please take a photo and video before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim to the carrier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at contactwiline@gmail.com Att: Customer Service.

We are not responsible for damaged/missing items cause by carrier.
